Publication of Prospectus
The Company announces that the prospectus, dated 16 August 2007, relating to
various proposals announced on 15 August 2007, has been approved by the UK
Listing Authority (UKLA) and is available to the public for inspection at the
UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London
E14 5HS.
Accordingly, the Company expects that the suspension of trading in its ordinary
shares and income shares will be lifted on 17 August 2007.
The proposals include the merger with the Eddie Stobart Group, the disposal of
portfolio of properties, the acquisition of O'Connor Group Management Limited,
admission to the Official List and the change name to Stobart Group Limited.
