LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Property Recycling Group PLC said its
non-executive director George Atterbury bought 25,099 shares in the company at
53 pence per share, representing 0.07 pct of the share capital.
Atterbury also has a non beneficial interest as trustee in 7,975,668 shares
or 22.03 pct of the issued capital, which is held by certain of the Rackham
Family Trusts.
