today announced that the Board of Directors has cancelled the Special
Meeting of Stockholders which was scheduled to take place on Tuesday,
May 6, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), having been previously
adjourned from April 8, 2008.
The purpose of the Special Meeting of Stockholders was to approve
amendments to the Company's 2000 Stock Option Plan which would authorize
a 3,000,000 share increase in the number of shares of common stock
available for award grants under the 2000 Plan, as well as the extension
of the term of the 2000 Plan by five years to October 10, 2015. The
Board anticipates presenting this proposal at its Annual Stockholder
Meeting to be held in November 2008.
