Vantiv Inc. (VNTV), First Data Corp. (FDC), Warburg Pincus and other parties are interested in buying the U.S. unit of Canadian debit- and credit-card processor Moneris Solutions Corp., Bloomberg News reported Wednesday.

Moneris Solutions is a joint venture of Royal Bank of Canada (RY, RY.T) and Bank of Montreal (BMO, BMO.T).

Citing people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg reported that the U.S. business could be worth up to $600 million.
