Possible Disposal

Following the repositioning of the Company as a commercial property and ports
business in August 2006, the Board of Westbury announces that it is currently
considering a disposal of a substantial part of its wholly-owned property
portfolio.
If such a disposal were to take place the Board of Westbury anticipates that the
net proceeds of the disposal would be retained by the Company for reinvestment
in property ventures and property-based operating companies in accordance with
the Company's stated strategy.
Any such sale would be subject to shareholder approval and accordingly a
circular will be distributed to shareholders if an agreement is reached.
A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
