New project financing in Poland
Nanette is very pleased to announce that its Polish subsidiary has agreed a new 60m PLN /
EUR18m debt facility with BZ WBK bank.
The funds will be used for the refinancing of the Polish portfolio, which currently has 9
active developments throughout a number of
Poland's major cities.
This facility gives Nanette the necessary flexibility to manage its development portfolio
in the most efficient manner.
Shaul Lotan, Chairman of Nanette and Oscar Kazanelson, Chief Executive, commented:
