NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Plug Power Inc. Tuesday reported a
fourth-quarter loss of $17.5 million, or 20 cents a share, wider than that $16.3
million, or 15 cents a share, it lost in the year-earlier period, and wider than
the mean estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Financial for a loss of 18 cents
a share.
Revenue rose to $5.1 million from $1 million a year earlier.
Shares of the Latham, N.Y. fuel cell technology company closed Monday at
$2.86.
