LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Software developer Playwize PLC said it has
raised 1.15 mln stg through a placing of 115 mln shares at one pence each.
Proceeds from the placing will be used to provide additional funds for the
continued growth of its existing operations, the company said.
The placing shares will represent about 65 pct of Playwize's enlarged share
capital.
