Placing of 10,000,000 ordinary shares at 20p per ordinary share with
institutional and high net worth investors to raise approximately #2.0 million.
Vindon Healthcare plc ("Vindon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a
placing (the "Placing") of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 20 pence per share to raise #2.0 million before expenses
(the "Placing").
It is the board's intention to use the proceeds of the Placing to find or build
a new facility to replace its current premises which is anticipated to take
place during the first quarter of 2008. At present there is no signed agreement
in place, however, the Company is in discussions regarding a potential site.
Zeus Capital Limited acted for the Company in the Placing of the new Ordinary
Shares, which is conditional upon, inter alia, admission of the new Ordinary
Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Application has been made for the
admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading and it is expected that
Admission will occur and dealings will commence on AIM on 14 May 2007. The new
Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary
Shares currently traded on AIM. Following Admission there will be 88,850,000
Ordinary Shares in issue.
