LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Pixology PLC said PhotoChannel Networks Inc's
chief financial officer Robert Chisholm will no longer be joining the company's
board for personal reasons.
The company has instead appointed Cory Kent, an existing director of
Canada-based PhotoChannel, to the board.
Pixology had on July 9 appointed PhotoChannel's chairman and chief executive
Peter Fitzgerald, Chisolm and chief technology officer Aaron Rollo to the board,
effective from July 2.
On July 2, PhotoChannel said its recommended 40 pence a share cash offer for
the company has become wholly unconditional.
