LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Pixology PLC said its non-executive chairman
Lord Young of Graffham and non-executive directors Peter Macleod Benson and
Terry Wright have resigned from its board effective July 2.
The company said its directors resigned after PhotoChannel Networks Inc's
offer for the company become unconditional on July 2.
Peter Fitzgerald, Robert Chisolm and Aaron Rollo have been appointed to the
board, the digital photography software provider said.
Chief executive Yuval Yashiv, finance director Alison Sparshatt, sales and
operations director Andrea Whatley and technical director Mike Stroud remain on
the board, Pixology added.
