LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Pilat Media Global Plc. swung to first-quarter
pretax profit, in line with its expectations, but said it expects a lower than
expected growth in its full-year revenue.
The software company reported a pretax profit of 9,469 pounds compared with
a loss of 225,302 pounds, while revenue rose to 4.26 million pounds from 3.81
million pounds year ago.
The company said it is concerned that economic uncertainty will hit its
sales.
However, future prospects remain strong given the increase in opportunities,
the continued progress made in strategic show-case projects and the launch of
its much anticipated updated Integrated Broadcast Management System, V6, the
company added.
