MANILA--Philippine Airlines said Sunday it has ordered from Airbus two more A321 NEO aircraft.

The fresh order increases Philippine Airlines' planned purchase of the single-aisle aircraft due for delivery from 2015 to 2024 to 40.

PAL said the A321 NEOs will enable it to continue to grow its current single-aisle fleet and spread out its aircraft delivery stream in line with market growth.
