Interim Dividend - exchange rate

Petrofac Limited hereby confirms that further to the announcement made on Tuesday, 25 August 2015 of an interim dividend of 22.00 US cents per ordinary share payable on Friday, 16 October 2015 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on Friday, 18 September 2015, the exchange rate to be used to convert the dividend payment from US dollars to UK Sterling (for those shareholders who did not elect to receive payment in US dollars) will be US$1.53058:GBP1 (based on the exchange rate on Wednesday, 23 September 2015).

Accordingly, the UK Sterling amount of dividend payable on Friday, 16 October 2015 will be 14.37 pence per share.
