LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Petroceltic International Plc. said it has
received confirmation it has been pre-qualified for 7th Algerian oil and gas
exploration licensing round as an operator and investor for onshore licences.
The company said the round -- which closes in December this year -- will
invite bids from operators and investors for 45 exploration and production
blocks in 16 permits, divided between nine hydrocarbon basins.
