PetroMaroc Corporation plc (TSXV: PMA) (the "Company" or
"PetroMaroc") today announced the resignation of Greg Boland from the board of directors (the
"Board") of the Company effective immediately. Due to Mr. Boland's
continuing commitments and time constraints, he has concluded that
he would not be able to devote sufficient time to the Company and
exercise his director duties diligently.
Dennis A. Sharp, Chairman of the
