LONDON (Thomson Financial) - South African-based miner Petmin Ltd. issued a
further cautionary announcement Wednesday advising shareholders that certain
negotiations are "still in progress" which, if successful, could have a material
impact on the company's share price.
Petmin issued a similar statement within its first half results on March 10,
2008.
Both statements advised shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in
Petmin securities until a further announcement is made.
No further details were given.
