MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Pescaderias Corunesas has acquired a 5.06 pct
stake in Puleva Biotech SA, according to a filing lodged with bourse regulator
CNMV on Oct 31.
On Friday, La Gaceta de los Negocios rumour column reported that an
institutional investor may have acquired a stake in Puleva Biotech ahead of a
possible 3 eur per share exclusion bid by core shareholder Ebro Puleva SA.
Ebro Puleva later denied plans for an exclusion bid for the unit.
