Persimmon Plc (the "Company") announces that it has been
notified that on 28 February 2017 Nicholas Wrigley, Group Chairman
sold 730 shares in the Company at an average price of GBP20.583 and
subsequently purchased 730 shares at an average price of GBP20.588
per share for his ISA. As a result of these transactions Nicholas
Wrigley's holding remains unchanged and he remains interested in
36,000 shares or 0.01% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
