FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.,
Oct. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PV
Enterprises International, Inc. (OTC: PVEC, the "Company"), a
global shipping management company, is pleased to announce:
SUN SENTINEL, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2,
2014
The Port of Palm Beach could be getting a new multiday
cruise operator soon.
Last month, the port's board of
commissioners gave approval for seaport management to move forward
with negotiations with PV Enterprises [International, Inc.]
for a cruise ship and parking facility…Negotiations were contingent
upon receipt of a $50,000 deposit and
a letter from the company outlining its ability to execute a vessel
charter agreement. That's been done.
"The port did receive the
$50,000 deposit last week," Jarra
Kaczwara, senior director of business development said Tuesday. "PV
Enterprises also provided a letter to the port authorizing us to
discuss financial items with their attorney."
"This is an important milestone for the Company," said CEO
Peter Villiotis. "I feel confident
that we are finished missing corporate opportunities for lack of
adequate financing. With the Port's 5-0 vote in our favor and
our Letter of Understanding's contingency met, we have our choice
of financing options for this and our other projects.
Management anticipates making its decision on financing this coming
week. Our cruise-ferry operations have begun."
We have secured the cruise ferry, which is in Europe and plans are in place to charter her
and for her to start service by the end of the year. Her
capacity is currently 1,700 guests and she has all the amenities of
cruise ships plus, two businesses in one, she will be able to carry
cargo in our logistics program. This is especially lucrative
as 90% of goods are imported to the Bahamas and we have negotiated contracts, for
supplying provisions to leading hotels and resorts and their
guests.
Through our wholly-owned booking agent, Zeus Travel, Inc.,
we will start taking bookings on Nov.
3, 2014. To make an online booking, please visit this

The advantage of a cruise ferry is that you can "hop on and hop
off" whenever you please, she will leave late afternoon from
Palm Beach arriving in
Nassau, early morning, staying all
day, returning to Palm Beach late
afternoon, arriving back in Palm
Beach early morning.
