with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 186.42p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 193.87p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 202.95p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
