accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 172.37p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 178.23p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 196.89p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
