                       Interim Results Publication Date

On the 8 September 2014 it was stated in an announcement by the Company that
its interim results would be released in "mid-November". The Company would like
to clarify that it plans to release its interim results by the end of this
month and will also report at that time on the final earn-out payment
calculations in relation to the acquisition of B to B Links Limited.
