John Haudrich Named Chief Strategy
and Integration Officer
Perrysburg, Ohio (Nov. 20, 2015) - Owens-Illinois
(NYSE: OI) announced today the appointment of John Haudrich as
Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Integration Officer,
effective immediately. Until a new Chief Financial Officer is
announced, Haudrich will continue in the role of Acting CFO.
Haudrich is a member of O-I's Global Leadership Team and will
report to CEO-elect Andres Lopez.
The newly-created role of Chief Strategy and
Integration Officer will be responsible for developing O-I's
strategy, executing key enterprise-wide activities and leading the
global supply chain organization. Areas of focus include increasing
value through greater operational stability, driving sustainable
performance improvements, and enabling longer-term breakthroughs to
advance the company's position in the marketplace.

Haudrich has held the role of Vice President and
Acting CFO since April 2015. Prior to that, he led the Global
Finance operations for O-I's four business segments and the
Corporate Finance team. He joined O-I in March 2009 as Vice
President of Investor Relations, was named Vice President of
Finance in 2010, and Vice President of Finance and Corporate
Controller in 2011.
