BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - Openwave Systems Inc. Monday named Charles
Levine as chairman, effective Jan. 10.
Levine replaces interim Chairman Robert Vrij, who will continue as
Openwave's president and CEO. Most recently, Levine served as president and
chief operating officer at Sprint PCS.

Dexmier is named, the company said.

applications and infrastructure, closed Friday at $2.32.
