Results of Annual General Meeting

Oilex Ltd advises the results of its Annual General Meeting held today. As previously announced, Mr Sundeep Bhandari withdrew his nomination to stand for re-election as a Director of the Company, accordingly Resolution 3 of the Notice of Meeting was withdrawn.

Resolutions 1, 2 and 4 were voted by poll and were not passed by Shareholders. As a result the Company now has 2 directors and will need to appoint a new director to satisfy its obligations under the Corporations Act. The Company did anticipate this possibility and will make an appointment as soon as practicable.

Proxy Voting

In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act, the proxy votes and number of shares voted and the number of votes cast in person or by proxy on a Poll, are set out in the attached report from Oilex's share registry, Link Market Services.
