the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 
   107.7 pence per share 
 
   ex dividend. 
 
 
 
   The net asset value is stated excluding a dividend of 2.5 pence per 
share. This dividend was paid on 15 January 2015 to those shareholders
