acting as discretionary manager of RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Ltd.,
holds 7.94 million shares, or about 15.51 percent of the company\'s total voting
rights.
On November 12, 2007, Oakdene said RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund was
interested in 2.94 million shares, or 7.29 percent of the company\'s total voting
rights.
