LONDON (Thomson Financial) - OPD Group Plc. said non-executive chairman
Peter Hearn has bought 5,868 shares at 170 pence per share, and now holds about
5.34 million shares or 20.1 percent.
On June 4, OPD said Hearn bought 14,500 shares at 161.8922 pence per share,
and held 20.08 percent or 5.33 million shares.
