completion of three additional acquisitions that took place within
the Netherlands and UK markets.
Since November 7th, OASIS
has secured the RIM business of Meta Archiefbewaarneming BV,
Anglian Archives, Ltd. and EndEx Archives, Ltd.

Entering new markets in both the UK and Netherlands, Anglian Archives, Ltd. was based
in Norfolk, UK, EndEx Archives,
Ltd. in Ipswich, UK and Meta
Archiefbewaarneming BV based in Mierlo, the Netherlands. The integrations are now
underway and clients will begin transitioning to the exceptional
infrastructure and client service OASIS provides.
Confirming their statement to focus on growth, OASIS Group
recently closed on the purchase of a records centre building
located in Ashbourne, Ireland.
Collectively this brings us to 23 acquisitions to date for OASIS
Group.
