    Aberforth Partners LLP notified the Company on 2 June 2008 that, as of 30 May 2008, it
held voting rights in respect of 5,778,917
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.14% of the Company's issued share capital, and,
in addition, it held a further 1,013,693
shares which do not have access to voting rights, representing 0.90% of the Company's issued
share capital.
