                          Notification of shareholding


Bateman Litwin N.V. (the "Company") was notified on 11 April 2008 that BSG
Resources Limited ("BSGR"), through a wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased on that
day 1,612,030 ordinary shares, at an average price of 167 pence per share, for a
total consideration of GBP 2,692,090. Following this purchase, BSGR is
interested in 61,452,223 ordinary shares in the Company representing 54.67% of
the Company's issued share capital.
