Notification of Interest(s)
The Company has been informed that on 20 March 2007 Robert Bonnier had disposed
of his interest in Cold Investments Limited to Exploitatiemaatschappij
Holland-Brabant BV, a company in which Johan Frencken is interested. Formal
announcements of the changes in the respective parties' interests have been made
this morning.
Mr Frencken wrote to the Board yesterday afternoon confirming his interest in
Exploitatiemaatschappij Holland-Brabant BV and stating his support for the
Company. Mr Frencken explained that his investment philosophy is to identify
businesses with breakthrough technologies and/or capabilities and to assist them
in reaching their full potential over a ten year investment horizon. Mr
Frencken also made it clear that he had no current intention to make a bid for
control of the Company.
Mr Frencken has, since 1983, as an entrepreneur, been involved in multiple
technology and Real-Estate companies throughout Europe. One of these technology
investments was Rijnhaave Group in the Netherlands which was sold to BT in 1996.
His current activities as a private investor include various investments
including Tresforte Group, a Real-Estate investment group; Solar Global Invest
BV, a company involved in the development and exploitation of sun-energy in
Spain; and Ascure NV, an information risk management company based in Belgium.
