Notification of Interests
The Company has today been informed that, as a result of a recent share
purchase, Mr Trevor Rix now holds 18,750,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company,
representing 16.89% of the issued share capital on the basis that there are
111,000,000 shares in issue.
The Company has also today been informed that Mr Charles Muirhead, a
non-executive director of the company, sold 1.5 million shares on the 16 January
2009 at 4p per share and now no longer holds any shares in company.
