Artec Global Media, Inc. (the "Company") could not complete the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended April 30, 2016 due to the fact that the Company was unable to finalize its financial statements. As a result, the Company could not solicit and obtain the necessary review and approvals of the Form 10-Q and signature thereto in a timely fashion prior to the due date of the report.
