The Company has encountered a delay in assembling the information, in particular its financial statements, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015, required to be included in its December 31, 2015 Form 10-K Yearly Report. The Company expects to file its December 31, 2015 Form 10-K Yearly Report with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as soon as practicable and no later than fifteen (15) calendar days following the prescribed due date.
