Our annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014, could not be filed because we have limited financial resources and personnel and were unable to timely complete and verify our financial statements.

We currently estimate that we will report net loss of approximately $1,031,000 on revenues of approximately $1,448,000 for the year ended December 31, 2014, as compared to net income of approximately $1,224,000 on revenues of $3,469,000 for the year ended December 31, 2013. The foregoing estimates are preliminary and subject to verification and adjustment.
