Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Directors of the Company announce that the Company will hold an
Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") at Falcon Cliff, Palace Road, Douglas,
Isle of Man IM2 4LB at 12 noon on 4 September 2009. The EGM is being held to
consider an increase in the Company's authority to allot equity securities.
The Notice of EGM has now been posted to all shareholders and will shortly be
available on the Company's website at www.nepi.uk.com
