* Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, will hold an
Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') on Friday, 14 August 2009 at 80
Silverthorne Road, Battersea, London, SW8 3HE at 1000hrs.
Further to the announcement made on 9 July 2009, the circular requisitioning the
EGM has now been posted to all shareholders and is available on our website at
