Future Internet Technologies plc announces that on 27 April it posted a circular
to shareholders containing a proposal to change the name of the Company. An
Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of shareholders will be held at the
offices of Morrison & Foerster MNP, City Point, One Ropemaker Street, London,
EC2Y 9AW at 10.00am on 23 May 2007 to consider the matter.
Copies of the circular containing the notice of EGM can be obtained for one
