Annual General Meeting and Report & Accounts
Further to the announcement today of its audited results for the year ended 31
December 2008, Pangea DiamondFields plc (AIM: PDF), the diamond producer and
exploration company, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2008 is now available for download from the Company's website
at; www.pangeadiamondfields.com.
The Company also confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Falcon
Cliff, Palace Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 4LB at 12.00 p.m. on 15 May 2009.
The notice of Annual General Meeting together with a form of proxy are also
available to download from the Company's website.
The printed Annual Report and Accounts will be sent to shareholders shortly and
a further announcement will be made when these have been mailed, however the
Company cannot guarantee that it will be received by shareholders prior to the
AGM scheduled for 15 May. Consequently, shareholders are advised to download the
electronic version of the Annual Report and Accounts from the Company's website,
prior to the meeting.
