Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company
will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings,
London, WC2A 1AP on 26 February 2009 at 10.00 a.m..
Notice of the AGM has been sent to all shareholders of the Company.
As announced on 8 December 2008, the Board of IDOX plc has proposed a dividend
of 0.115 pence per ordinary share. Details of the dividend payment timetable are
set out below:
