LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Northern Petroleum Plc. said Cavendish Asset
Management Ltd. has raised its stake in the company to about 2.24 million shares
or 3.16 percent of the issued share capital.
The oil and gas explorer said the number of shares held by Cavendish before
this transaction were below the reportable size of 3 percent.
