Nokia (NOK) said Friday it has entered an IT infrastructure partnership with HP (HPQ), Microsoft (MSFT) and Telefonica (TEF) to help develop next generation software and accelerate the introduction of new IT services.

The Finnish network gear supplier said the IT upgrades are planned to be completed during the first quarter of 2017.
