ATLANTA, June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nokia (NYSE:NOK) announced today the completion of its acquisition of LCC International's (NASDAQ:LCCI) U.S. deployment business. The agreement between the companies was announced June 5, 2006.
The addition of deployment operations to Nokia's delivery services in North America enhances a growing portfolio of network and professional services for communications providers. This move is aligned with the growth and strategy of Nokia Networks' global Services group, which accounts for more than 30 percent of Networks' revenues.
