New England Realty Associates (NEN) Declares Distribution
ALLSTON, Mass., June 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On June 30, 2005, New England
Realty Associates (AMEX:NEN) Limited Partnership will make a distribution to
its Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts. Class A
Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts of record as of June 16,
2005, will be entitled to a quarterly distribution in the amount of $7.00 per
Class A Partnership Unit, or $.70 per Depositary Receipt. Each Depositary
Receipt represents a beneficial ownership of one- tenth of a Class A
Partnership Unit. Depositary Receipts are listed on AMEX under the trading
symbol "NEN".
