New England Realty Associates (NEN) Declares Distribution
ALLSTON, Mass., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On March 31, 2005, New
England Realty Associates Limited Partnership (AMEX:NEN) will make a
distribution to its Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary
Receipts. Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts of
record as of March 17, 2005, will be entitled to a quarterly distribution in
the amount of $7.00 per Class A Partnership Unit, or $.70 per Depositary
Receipt. Each Depositary Receipt represents a beneficial ownership of one-
tenth of a Class A Partnership Unit. Depositary Receipts are listed on AMEX
under the trading symbol "NEN".
