Fall 2007 Styles Focus on Danner Classics

Pronghorn(TM) GTX Series The Pronghorn boot has become a staple in the hunting and outdoor industry. For fall 2007, Danner adds to its popular Pronghorn GTX Series line up with two all leather offerings and two side zip options for fall 2007. The ultimate go-to hunting boot, the Pronghorn is built with the lightweight Danner Predator TF (TERRA FORCE(TM)) platform that combines technology and durability for superior foot and ankle support, no matter the conditions. Built Danner tough, the waterproof GORE-TEX(R) liner keeps feet dry in any environment. The new series adds four new options that further maximize the wearer's comfort: -- The 8-inch Pronghorn Camohide(TM) GTX All Leather features 200 G. Thinsulate(TM) Insulation for lightweight warmth in the field for
multi-season adventures. The full-grain Camohide leather upper
increases durability in the field. -- The 10-inch Pronghorn Camohide GTX All Leather option features 600 G. Thinsulate(TM) Ultra Insulation for additional warmth in the mid to
late season. -- The Pronghorn Series offers two 8-inch side zip options that make
taking boots on and off a breeze. Energy shouldn't be wasted on
lacing up boots, but saved for the ultimate outdoor experience. The
Pronghorn Side Zip with 200 G. Thinsulate(TM) Insulation features
Mossy Oak(R) Obsession camo. Additionally available in 1200 G. Thinsulate(TM) Ultra Insulation which features the Realtree(R) AP
HD(TM) camo pattern.
Frontier Series
The original Frontier Series has developed a following over the years because it features Danner's classic stitchdown construction and rugged leather. The new Frontier Series incorporates lighter weight technology, built strong for any outdoor enthusiast, hunter or expert tackling rugged terrain. With an updated look for 2007, the Frontier maintains the exceptional quality and performance expected and loved from Danner. Built on the Danner Backcountry Bob outsole, the Frontier provides a balance of traction and support with unparalleled comfort. The waterproof GORE-TEX(R) liner keeps feet dry while the durable full-grain leather or leather and Cordura(R) combination uppers keep boots going for the many miles ahead. Most importantly, with Danner's Recrafting Department, if the Frontiers ever wear down, the Danner team can rebuild them like new. The Frontier GTX Series features: -- Three full-grain all leather Frontier options are featured: the
Frontier GTX 6-inch Sport Brown uninsulated option, 8-inch with
1000 G. Thinsulate(TM) Ultra Insulation for late season and extreme
cold conditions, and 10-inch with 600 G. Thinsulate Ultra Insulation
for mid to late season warmth. -- Two styles of full-grain leather and Cordura are available for
lightweight protection, available in 8-inch uninsulated and 8-inch
with 400 G. Thinsulate(TM) Ultra Insulation.
Striker II
The original Striker Series has restored confidence in the field because stability and durability start from the ground up. Danner has taken an expert quality boot and enhanced it with a new extremely light platform, improved styling and ankle support for the Striker II Series for fall 2007. The new Danner TERRA FORCE(TM) X LITE platform provides a solid base with an oil and slip resistant outsole. The non-metallic hardware is ideal for high level security jobs and quick entry through electronic metal detectors.
-- The Striker II HOT is developed with Danner's HOT technology
featuring Dri-Lex material that increases breathability that allows
for day long boot comfort in warm and extremely hot conditions. Featuring full-grain leather and material, with perforated leather on
the instep for additional increased ventilation. -- The Striker II Leather Side Zip has all the advanced benefits of the
new series, but stands apart with the convenient side zipper that
allows for quick and easy on and off. Featuring full-grain leather
and a waterproof GORE-TEX(R) liner, the Side Zip will stand up
against all elements. -- The Striker II has two additional leather and Cordura(R) options, the
Striker II 8-inch and the Striker II 45 (featuring a 4.5-inch ankle
height). These two options provide different heights; both focus on
increased ankle support and all the advanced options with the new
series. The GORE-TEX(R) liner provides waterproof protection in the
field for both series options.
Danner fall 2007 product is available in July for distribution in work and outdoor retail or online. The Pronghorn Series has a suggested retail from $169 and the Frontier Series has a suggested retail from $159.
