(AMEX:UWN) announced that H. Thomas Winn, Chairman/President/CEO, and
Christopher Domijan, CFO/Treasurer, will present at the Gaming Investment Forum
at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) on October 6, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. The Investment
Forum is hosted by Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. UWN (booth #5325) will
also be part of the Mall of Innovation hosted by Raving Consulting at the G2E
Tradeshow, October 5-7, 2004 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

a gaming resort in Pauma Valley, California for the La Jolla Band of Luiseno
Indians. The management agreement for La Jolla is currently being finalized
