LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Network Group Holdings Plc. said its finance
director Nigel Bacon resigned effective Sept. 22 following the recent disposal
of Pertemps People Development Group, and that group financial controller Paul
Davis will take charge of financial matters on its board.
Network Group also said it was looking for a new non-executive director to
join the board.
